</div>Now, I didn't go & hunt for an dog.</div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div align="center">I swear!</div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div align="center">But what I did find is some nice big pieces of chicken breasts </div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div align="center">&</div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div align="center">made something tasty and looks abit like an weener? Thats an hotdog in American, right?<br />
<br />
</div><div align="center">Anyways, today I'm going to show you how to make your very own Ravager Dog dish.</div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div align="center">Trust me, its tasty.</div><div align="center"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: left;"><strong><u><span style="font-size: large;">Ravager Dog</span></u></strong></div><div style="text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: left;"><strong>Ingredients - Table for 2, Sir</strong></div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><div style="text-align: left;">2 Big pieces of Chicken Breasts <span style="font-size: x-small;">(You can go for organic, if you want)</span></div></li>
<li>2 Tbsp of Dried Cranberries, chopped finely</li>
<li>4 Slices of Prosciutto</li>
<li>1 Small Red Onion, chopped finely <span style="font-size: x-small;">(You get the gheest!)</span></li>
<li>1 clove of Garlic, finely diced</li>
<li>1/4 Tsp of Dried Thyme<span style="font-size: x-small;"> (Or Fresh, if you have any lurking around on your window sill)</span></li>
<li><div style="text-align: left;">Pinch of Salt</div></li>
<li><div style="text-align: left;">Bit of Pepper</div></li>
<li><div style="text-align: left;">Some Cling film</div></li>
<li><div style="text-align: left;">A Meat Basher</div></li>
<li><div style="text-align: left;">Ball of string</div></li>
</ul><div style="text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: left;"><strong><u>Method</u></strong></div><div style="text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: left;">1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6. Now this is the fun bit. Get some cling film and cover your chopping board with it, place one chicken breast on it & put another piece of cling film over the top. Using an Meat Basher! Gently, & I mean gently, bash the breast until its slightly flatten but not as thin as a pancake.</div><div style="text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiGgGePU9dLSBgjV4yvOh0LGajFTZTOLwcosddqRJm5WNWbk0-uzjMx0M9D8-L8A5RLP0KTqJXb2Dg3Q-6M9eR9tWv8monVYPCV09gFEjPiLkr8_9nxwlNft9OV32CaKFcavJyWLmmaOwM/s1600/IMG_2035.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiGgGePU9dLSBgjV4yvOh0LGajFTZTOLwcosddqRJm5WNWbk0-uzjMx0M9D8-L8A5RLP0KTqJXb2Dg3Q-6M9eR9tWv8monVYPCV09gFEjPiLkr8_9nxwlNft9OV32CaKFcavJyWLmmaOwM/s320/IMG_2035.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">2. When your done on both pieces of the chicken breast, put that to one side. Next, over the stove, gently fry the red onions & garlic until lightly brown and softened. Put that aside to cool. Meanwhile, in each flatten chicken breast, divide the dried cranberries, salt, pepper, thyme & the red onion mix in the middle of each breast.</div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjNNsfuuQ2TUX80MDSA90iiIqOz1x78-WGlF9eHx7opccf6q5Ncz5pQywIUuVxBbCKGIj5qCyuRfLNnsd59t6TB2h5hHpi3TB1drk9BbBuW4fG_DrL6x5czMdI7i7Czzds-QmCKIxW_VRc/s1600/IMG_2036.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjNNsfuuQ2TUX80MDSA90iiIqOz1x78-WGlF9eHx7opccf6q5Ncz5pQywIUuVxBbCKGIj5qCyuRfLNnsd59t6TB2h5hHpi3TB1drk9BbBuW4fG_DrL6x5czMdI7i7Czzds-QmCKIxW_VRc/s320/IMG_2036.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">3. Now this is the tricky part because it can get messy, yikes! Wrap the cling film around the breast & rolling it into an swiss roll way, making it into an sausage shape. It should look like this:</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjY-4G2I1ltAN5iBclR6Gr8C6rs74icvbFEZoLvdZAmZD1OzJsY5JiHPb0ibrCCf7RaWYh28F4yjQhB6YIJ7ubZ-G5D12NIbTtVY-14-AXwJOF8Tg7e1xcVsm61cd5QTCncfB7oBJXggkk/s1600/IMG_2037.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjY-4G2I1ltAN5iBclR6Gr8C6rs74icvbFEZoLvdZAmZD1OzJsY5JiHPb0ibrCCf7RaWYh28F4yjQhB6YIJ7ubZ-G5D12NIbTtVY-14-AXwJOF8Tg7e1xcVsm61cd5QTCncfB7oBJXggkk/s320/IMG_2037.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">4. Now gently unwrap the clingfilm off the meat, and place the meat aside. Using another piece of clean clingfilm, lay it on the chopping board and place 2 slices of Prosciutto for each breast on top of it. Get your chicken & using the same method above, roll the Prosciuto around the meat until it resembles the above. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">(<span style="font-size: x-small;">Don't worry if it abit loose, our handy string is here to play!)</span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgurAroY60Y55QuyCe9zPT6SBQmjM_wCavII4z_5YrR5POWB-qBht6UkzP7cC8T0EQxakmH8NCNVgndcAfhs7lc-bpBaLmyOA2GhHbkTOtoDL3WQP-AlSQqfLwyzbaVXdGUyLTy28GO2GI/s1600/IMG_2038.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgurAroY60Y55QuyCe9zPT6SBQmjM_wCavII4z_5YrR5POWB-qBht6UkzP7cC8T0EQxakmH8NCNVgndcAfhs7lc-bpBaLmyOA2GhHbkTOtoDL3WQP-AlSQqfLwyzbaVXdGUyLTy28GO2GI/s320/IMG_2038.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">5. Cut some pieces of string, I did 3 long pieces of each breast. Tie the chicken up, as above, so one on the left, one in the middle & one of the right. Tie a neat knot at the top and cut any left over string off. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Note: The string is used to keep the chicken together whilst cooking, because it falls apart during cooking.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwx0ejyuUdcmBogzEVsxr0nDDBWZzZsB-sxnnvYiEWdWEOAGG7vcmNEOU6_EaIeOqh8TZFuAxQJzOTMeTv1lT179iBpg9AP9KSbImKibaUEMN0gsZr90MD3SVHApvKvIa3KlaKdE_pKiM/s1600/IMG_2039.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwx0ejyuUdcmBogzEVsxr0nDDBWZzZsB-sxnnvYiEWdWEOAGG7vcmNEOU6_EaIeOqh8TZFuAxQJzOTMeTv1lT179iBpg9AP9KSbImKibaUEMN0gsZr90MD3SVHApvKvIa3KlaKdE_pKiM/s320/IMG_2039.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">6. Put this in the preheated oven for 25 mins, until you can see the Prosciuto going golden brown. Take the string off and cut the meat into thick slices.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEic8bw3tOraZtoOttkcHoht2mDFwdvHHiI_s-Lo95raVyi4MtqmZg0gWwIBhXg4EZcLtlH7IWm125nj7Gyoz1iNhBN51J2HfL6HUzw12tKudRkJK0Tn6quJYEjLnaUjHLOuILJ8VSFCAEI/s1600/IMG_2040.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEic8bw3tOraZtoOttkcHoht2mDFwdvHHiI_s-Lo95raVyi4MtqmZg0gWwIBhXg4EZcLtlH7IWm125nj7Gyoz1iNhBN51J2HfL6HUzw12tKudRkJK0Tn6quJYEjLnaUjHLOuILJ8VSFCAEI/s320/IMG_2040.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: center;">I'm totally crazy or just plain stupid </div><div style="text-align: center;">to even consider making an icecream </div><div style="text-align: center;">using</div><div style="text-align: center;">Pomegranate.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Yes & No..really.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">One, it certainly wouldn't be the first thing I would of thought about in an icecream</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">&</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">secondly, out of all the fruits available to me in my local supermarket,</div><div style="text-align: center;">I bring back home, a rock hard reddish looking fruit called an</div><div style="text-align: center;">Pomegranate.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">So, I searched long and hard on the internet </div><div style="text-align: center;">to find out exactly how to cut open </div><div style="text-align: center;">this fruit and how to make it into an juice.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Now I stumbled...and I mean stumbled across this</div><div style="text-align: center;">site <a href="http://theshiksa.com/2011/09/06/how-to-seed-a-pomegranate/" target="_blank">theshiksa.com</a> </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">&</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">the funny thing was, the explanations on how to make life</div><div style="text-align: center;">easier of cutting open this un-usual fruit</div><div style="text-align: center;">was so 'easy'.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Or, I could of gone down the Jamie Oliver route & got out my wooden spoon and smacked the hell out of it until it exploded everywhere...which probably wouldn't had been an good idea, seeing as I do have slightly pinkiest wall, I don't think adding to my walls would of enhanced my room.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Anyhow, I ended up making up ice cream for the first time in my life</div><div style="text-align: center;">& probably the most easiest way of making ice cream in such a short amount of time. <span style="font-size: x-small;">(Excluding freezing time)</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

</ul><strong><u>Tigule and Foror's ....Pomegranate Ice Cream</u></strong><br />
<br />
<strong><u>Ingredients</u></strong><br />
<ul><li>2 large Pomegranates</li>
<li>500ml double cream </li>
<li>Juice of 1 lime</li>
<li>175g icing sugar</li>
</ul><br />
<u><strong>Method</strong></u><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">1. Firstly begin with the pomegranates and turn the fruits into juice. <span style="font-size: x-small;">(Have a look at </span><a href="http://theshiksa.com/2011/09/06/how-to-seed-a-pomegranate/" target="_blank"><span style="font-size: x-small;">how to seed a pomegranate</span></a><span style="font-size: x-small;"> for a step by step guide).</span></div><span style="font-size: x-small;"></span><br />
<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2zrsIgpa__nTcmRo7pXChRmJonDZZFToY_zlLOOCnPD7hVHZyuRgPhusKbQDldU72vbvxmmUJO2WhwUyOq7sUbnIKX3aNi6-qN1qQ79_jX51z30FKSx3_1aGFy3_DdW-mn4O8XG3IyU8/s1600/IMG_2094.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2zrsIgpa__nTcmRo7pXChRmJonDZZFToY_zlLOOCnPD7hVHZyuRgPhusKbQDldU72vbvxmmUJO2WhwUyOq7sUbnIKX3aNi6-qN1qQ79_jX51z30FKSx3_1aGFy3_DdW-mn4O8XG3IyU8/s320/IMG_2094.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">2. <span style="font-size: x-small;">(Look at my piths of my pomegranate!)</span> Time to say Bye Bye and Hi to Juice!</div><br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg5mXn-0OD7o6P0OcqMk1DUkV8B7o-WUR14GN2MMy8AZurP_Z2x3Y5577KNHSN1wTyihl-H78i_VrggwUuI9MZKqx2NPmABdf_OoUeyMjlMd9Q1oXXKsTVPJna4xemC6Y62Hh5Z3v7_laM/s1600/IMG_2095.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg5mXn-0OD7o6P0OcqMk1DUkV8B7o-WUR14GN2MMy8AZurP_Z2x3Y5577KNHSN1wTyihl-H78i_VrggwUuI9MZKqx2NPmABdf_OoUeyMjlMd9Q1oXXKsTVPJna4xemC6Y62Hh5Z3v7_laM/s320/IMG_2095.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
3. Add the lime juice, icing sugar and double cream and whisk until soft peaks form. In which over a short period of time, your liquid mixture will become a lovely pale cream colour. (<span style="font-size: x-small;">Now you can either whisk by hand, like I had done & be an noob, which took me ages & ages, or you could use an electric whisk & get the job done quicker!)</span><br />
<br />
<br />

</div><div style="text-align: center;">I always do it</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">&</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">I always will.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">However, when one night I had left over Chilli Con Carne, I really did not know what to do with it. Especially as I only had no bread in the house to mop it up with and an empty pot of rice.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Though what I did find in my cupboard was Conchiglioni. Now, you might be wondering what this is... Well I can tell you they are large pasta shells...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Now you can buy these in any supermarkets </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">&</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">I got mine from <a href="http://groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/search/searchcontainer.jsp?trailSize=1&searchString=Conchiglioni&domainName=Products&headerVersion=v1&_requestid=97668" target="_blank">ASDA</a>.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">What I am going to make is Tender Baked Turtle...s. Everytime I look at these pastas they remind me of emptied homed little turtle backs.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;">Anyways, this is what I did to make any leftovers a lovely delicious next day's dinner treat.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><strong>Ingredients:</strong></div><br />
<li class="ingredient">4 Brown onions (small or medium ones)</li><br />
<li class="ingredient">4 Eggs (Get fresh eggs, if you can)</li><br />
<li class="ingredient"><span style="color: black;">5 tbsp </span><span style="color: black;">Butter</span></li><br />
<li class="ingredient"><span style="color: black;">1/2 tsp Salt</span></li><br />
<li class="ingredient"><span style="color: black;">1 tsp Worcestershire sauce</span></li><br />
<li class="ingredient"><span style="color: black;">2 pounds M</span><span style="color: black;">inced beef</span></li><br />
<li class="ingredient"><span style="color: black;">2 cups Fresh br</span><span style="color: black;">eadcrumbs </span></li><br />
<li class="ingredient">300g Bacon</li><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><strong><u>Method</u></strong></div><div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div>1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6. Boil some water in a saucepan & boil 3 of the eggs for 8 minutes. Refresh them in cold water. Once cooled, peel the eggs.<br />
<br />
2. Chop the onions into small pieces & heat the butter in a frying pan. Cook the onions & salt, for 25 minutes or until the onions are golden. Leave to cool.<br />
<br />
3. Put the Worcestershire sauce & minced beef into a bowl, add onions & combine together. Add the last raw egg & mix again before finally adding the breadcrumbs. Divide the mixture into 2 & make half the beef mixture into a flattish oval shape approximately 9 inches long. Place the 3 boiled eggs in a row down the middle of the meatloaf.<br />
<br />
4. Place the remaining meatloaf mixture on top of the eggs, until it looks like a mound shape. Cover the meatloaf with slices of bacon & tuck the bacon ends underneath the meatloaf to avoid its curling up as it cooks & looks better too.<br />
<br />
5. Bake for 1 hour, until the juices run clear and once it's out of the oven let the meatloaf rest for 15 minutes.<br />
<br />
6. Enjoy with gravy!<br />
<br />
